Terms and conditions:
1. These Terms and Conditions make up the offer.
2. The offer is a dollar ($) discount inclusive of GST off the cost of the regular retail price of Siemens products in the 501 performance levels for a single or pair of hearing aids purchased in one transaction.
3. The offer is only available to eligible people*.
4. To accept the offer an eligible person* must place an order with Australian Hearing on or before 30 June 2012.
5. The promotion begins on 1 February 2012 and ends 30 June 2012.
6. If a hearing aid/s is purchased in connection with this offer and returned and an alternative hearing aid/s is purchased, the cost of the original hearing aid/s will be refunded less $150.00 inclusive of GST to cover handling costs.
7. This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.
8. In addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, should you be dissatisfied with the hearing aid/s purchased, you are entitled to return the hearing aid/s and receive a refund less a $150 administration fee within fifty-five (55) days of purchase, provided that:
- You return the hearing aid/s in the original packaging with proof of purchase; and
- The hearing aid/s are in good condition, have not been damaged by use and are in proper working order.
* To participate in this offer you must be eligible to receive a hearing service and device in accordance with the conditions of the Australian Government Hearing Services Program, possess valid a Seniors Card and be an Australian pensioner concession cardholder or their dependant; a Department of Veterans' Affairs gold or white repatriation cardholder (specifically for war-related hearing loss) or their dependant; a sickness allowance recipient or their dependant; a referred client of an Australian Government funded vocational rehabilitation service or a member of the Australian Defence Forces.

4. This offer excludes all accessories such as remote controls (ePen, ProPocket or TEK), a re-charger and all assistive listening devices (ALD's).
5. To accept the offer an eligible person* must show a valid Seniors Card to an Australian Hearing staff member.
6. This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or promotion from Australian Hearing.
7. This offer is available at all Australian Hearing permanent centres or visiting sites in the above mentioned States or Territories.
